Lantana Lodge was a motel back in 1947, just 14 quaint units built around a large pool (recently redone) with mountain views, and plenty of sun-worshiping space. Converted to condos in 1966, the newer exterior paint trim, the patio furniture, and the privacy "wall' of ficus at the front fence with wrought iron gates on either side, give it the feel of a private Mid Century Palm Springs resort. Located on a quiet street (no thru traffic) w/ small chic newer motels and resorts. The HOA includes all maintenance and ALL utilities. The Murphy bed was replaced within the past couple years and the shower re-tiled. Note the retro Avocado studio-sized range/oven and refrigerator! Very cool. There is a private rear patio out the back door at the end of a hallway....the perfect spot for your above-ground spa. Where else can you buy a piece of Palm Springs 'Life' at this price??
